Position: Assistant Manager - Process Training (Fare Filing/Airline Process
Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Strong travel domain knowledge with in depth ATPCO Fare Filing experience.

• Minimum 5+ years of training experience on Fare Filing and GDS.

• Proven experience in new hire training and OJT coaching.
Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to identify skill gaps and translate them into actionable training plans.

• Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Excellent coaching, feedback, stakeholder management, and people management skills.

• Strong analytical and planning abilities

Qualification :

- • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exposure to digital or LMS based training preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, as per business needs.
