N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research (NLDIMSR), Mumbai, invites applications from accomplished academic leaders for the position of  Dean – Academics .

We are seeking a visionary professional who can provide strategic academic leadership, drive innovation in teaching and learning, strengthen research excellence, and lead accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for academic programs and policies

• Lead curriculum development and academic quality enhancement

• Drive accreditation, rankings, and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Foster a culture of research, publications, and faculty development

• Strengthen industry-academia collaborations and global partnerships

• Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes and academic governance

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university

• Minimum 15 years of academic experience in higher education

• At least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role such as Dean, Associate Dean, Academic Director, Professor & Head, or equivalent

• Proven experience in accreditation, curriculum design, faculty leadership, and institutional development
