About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and experienced Early Childhood Development Educator to provide one-on-one, play-based early learning and developmental enrichment in a home environment.
The role focuses on supporting early childhood development through engaging, child-appropriate activities that encourage language, cognitive, sensory, emotional, social, fine motor, and gross motor development. The educator will create a fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment while fostering curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, play-based learning sessions.
Support language development through storytelling, reading, songs, rhymes, and meaningful conversations.
Design child-appropriate sensory, cognitive, and developmental activities.
Encourage creativity, exploration, problem-solving, and independent learning.
Promote fine and gross motor skill development through interactive play.
Introduce Montessori-inspired and other evidence-based early learning activities where appropriate.
Track developmental progress and recommend suitable learning activities.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in developmental goals.
Maintain a safe, positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a related field.
Montessori Infant & Toddler (0–3 Years) certification is highly preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
Infant CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Patient, energetic, creative, reliable, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development.
