Secondary English Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused  Secondary Teacher  to inspire students through engaging, effective, and meaningful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning.
Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and overall development.
Participate in school events, meetings, co-curricular activities, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the  relevant subject with

B.Ed.
Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.
Creative, patient, and student-focused approach to teaching.
