About the Role
We're looking for someone to own and build our early years curriculum product for Grades 1–5. This isn't just content creation — you'll frame the product from the ground up: what we teach, how it's structured, how it's delivered, and how it evolves. You'll treat the curriculum as a product, with learners as your users.

What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end curriculum product for Grades 1–5 across curricula (CBSE, British, American, IB)
Design the product framework — learning outcomes, lesson structures, assessment banks, and progression paths
Build and iterate: launch, gather feedback from tutors and students, and improve continuously
Work with tech tools and AI-assisted workflows to build and scale content efficiently
Collaborate with tutors, academic teams, and operations to ensure smooth delivery
Track quality and learning outcomes, and use data to refine the product

What We're Looking For
Experience in curriculum development or academic content for early grades (1–5)
A product mindset — you know how to frame, structure, and build a product, not just write content
Tech savvy — comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows
Strong understanding of early years pedagogy and how young learners engage
Self-driven and fast-paced — you can take ownership and run with it
