Role Description Yog Kulam Yoga School is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admissions Counsellor to join our team in Lucknow. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the right Yoga Teacher Training program.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, Whats App, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ goals and recommend suitable Yoga Teacher Training programs.
Clearly explain course details, curriculum, benefits, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
Handle student inquiries and resolve questions with professionalism and empathy.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments and consistently achieve admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Provide a professional and positive experience to every prospective student while representing the values of Yog Kulam.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, counselling, and sales abilities.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address student needs.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Prior experience in admissions counselling, education sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Passion or interest in Yoga, wellness, education, or personal development will be an added advantage.
Salary :
