The Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based out of  Mumbai  and will lead training delivery across  multiple branche s in the assigned region. The role is responsible for strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital learning interventions. ion Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employe
es.

Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when requir
ed.

Deliver learning effectively across bo th classr oom a nd virtual (VI LT) forma
ts.

Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions, and ensure consistent training delive
ry.

Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventio
ns.

Digital Learning & Content Creat
ion Create clear, engaging training material—presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modul
es.

Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital forma
ts.

Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping design smooth digital learning experienc

Qualifications & Exper
ience

Manda tory: 8-10 years of experience overall of which minimum  3 in financial ser vices (Broking, BFSI, Wealth, Insurance or related domains) in a sales training or capability-building
role.

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Certifications in L&D, facilitation, or instructional design are an advan
tage.

Experience handling multi-location training delivery and virtual sessions is desir
able.

Basic Proficiency in Canva, digital tools, and AI-based content creation platforms is requ

ired.
