English language trainer

Role Description  This is a full-time remote role for an English Language Trainer at IO Digital. The English Language Trainer will design and deliver engaging online training sessions to improve learners’ English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting individual and group sessions, assessing language levels, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress.

The role involves tailoring content to different proficiency levels and business contexts, collaborating with team members to align training with organizational needs, and maintaining accurate training records and reports. The trainer is also expected to use digital tools and platforms to support interactive learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching.
Candidates should possess a solid background in Education and curriculum or lesson planning.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Writing skills for instructional materials and learner feedback.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English.
Relevant degree or certification in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL/TEFL, or a related field is preferred.
Experience delivering remote or online training using digital platforms and tools is beneficial.
Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and support diverse learners in a virtual environment.
Prior experience in corporate or customer service training environments is an advantage.
