Role Description  The Program Head is a part-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and managing the institute’s entrepreneurship-focused academic programs. This role involves designing and updating curricula, overseeing program delivery, and coordinating with faculty and mentors to ensure high-quality learning experiences. The Program Head will engage with students through lectures, workshops, and mentoring sessions, guiding them in developing entrepreneurial mindsets and viable business ideas.

Day-to-day activities include monitoring program outcomes, collaborating with industry partners, organizing events and guest sessions, and ensuring alignment with Mumbai University accreditation standards. The role also requires active participation in strategic planning to expand program reach, improve academic content, and strengthen the institute’s position in the entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
