The academy focuses coaching for students from class 8 to 12, covering international curricula such as IGCSE, IBDP, MYP, AS & A Level. Role Description  The Economics/Business Studies/Accounts/Psychology/English International Curricula Teacher/Tutor will design and deliver engaging lessons for students following IGCSE, IBDP, MYP, A Level, and AS Level programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning subject-specific lessons, teaching in small groups or one-on-one settings, assessing student progress through assignments and tests, and providing detailed feedback to support improvement. The role involves preparing learners for board exams and competitive assessments, maintaining accurate academic records, collaborating with other faculty to align teaching methods, and communicating with parents or guardians about student performance.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring regular classroom presence and participation in academic planning and student support activities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in related subject and related areas, with knowledge of international curricula (IGCSE, IBDP, A Level, AS Level).
Proficiency in Statistics and Analytical Skills to support evidence-based teaching, exam preparation, and academic guidance.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounts, Psychology, English, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience with international boards (IGCSE, IBDP, A Level, AS Level) is strongly preferred.
Clear, structured communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
Skill in lesson planning, classroom management, and use of digital tools or online resources to supplement instruction.
Commitment to learner-centered teaching, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
