Role Description   The IB | A Levels Math Faculty role is a full-time remote teaching position focused on delivering high-quality instruction in Mathematics and related subjects for IB and A Levels curricula. On a day-to-day basis, the faculty member will plan and conduct live online classes, explain complex mathematical concepts clearly, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Responsibilities include designing structured lesson plans, creating and evaluating assignments and assessments, and preparing students for internal exams and final board examinations.

The role also involves providing individualized academic support, tracking student progress, offering constructive feedback, and collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching materials and ensure alignment with international standards.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, with the ability to teach IB and A Levels content effectively.
Competence in Physics and Statistics to support interdisciplinary problem-solving and extended curriculum needs.
Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources for advanced math courses.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field.
Proven experience teaching IB and/or A Levels Mathematics or comparable advanced secondary mathematics programs.
Excellent communication and online classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in a remote setting.
Ability to provide personalized guidance, support exam preparation, and mentor students aiming for top global universities.
Comfort with digital teaching tools, online platforms, and data-driven tracking of student performance.
