We're hiring a Corporate Trainer to take experienced professionals and coach them into their best, most client-ready selves — how they write, how they speak, how they carry themselves on a call, and how they handle a difficult moment with a client. You'll build the training from scratch, run it live, and assess whether someone is genuinely ready for client deployment.

About the Role:

This role goes beyond creating training decks. You will be responsible for building  end-to-end learning programs, delivering live training, assessing trainee readiness, and continuously improving the training ecosystem based on operational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Curriculum Development
Build structured training programs for VAs from beginner to advanced levels.
Design onboarding bootcamps, certification programs, skill-development tracks, and role-readiness programs.
Create SOPs, playbooks, assignments, assessments, role-plays, simulations, and evaluation frameworks.
Develop AI-focused modules covering productivity, automation, research, and operational efficiency.
Continuously improve training content using trainee performance, operational gaps, and client feedback.
2. Live Training & Facilitation
Conduct engaging live virtual training sessions for VA cohorts.
Coach trainees on communication, professionalism, confidence, ownership, and execution standards.
Conduct mock client interactions, role-plays, and practical simulations.
Provide structured and actionable feedback.
Identify underperforming trainees and implement targeted improvement plans.
3. Communication & Client Readiness
Train VAs on:
Business and executive communication
Professional email writing
Client interaction and professionalism
Meeting and virtual-work etiquette
Active listening
Remote work discipline
Problem-solving and ownership mindset
4. Tools, Productivity & AI Training
Train VAs on relevant workplace and productivity tools, including:
Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Notion, Click Up, Asana & Trello
Slack, Zoom & Calendly
CRM and workflow management tools
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
Automation platforms such as Zapier and Make
5. Virtual Assistant Operations
Develop practical training around:
Calendar and email management
Task tracking and prioritization
Meeting coordination
Travel booking and research
Documentation and reporting
SOP execution
Follow-up systems
Founder and executive support workflows
6. Training Strategy & Stakeholder Management
Partner with leadership, operations, and client-facing teams to identify skill gaps.
Customize training programs based on client accounts, industries, and workflows.
Translate operational challenges into structured learning interventions.
Develop scalable facilitator guides, learning frameworks, and training documentation.
Introduce new modules around AI, automation, productivity, and evolving operational practices.
Ensure trainees consistently meet client expectations and service standards.
7. Assessment, Reporting & Quality
Design and administer assessments, certifications, and readiness evaluations.
Track trainee progress, certification rates, and performance metrics.
