Responsible for lining up contract related to High End Interior Finishing Work, Faade, Kitchen Equipment, Customized furniture etc.
Floating enquiries, getting offers, preparing quotation comparison sheet and internal cost estimation.
Preparation of Note for Approval
Arranging meetings like pre-bid technical validation, kick off meeting, etc. Preparing minutes of meeting for various meeting being conducted.
Co-ordination with cross functional team related to requisition to payment cycle.
Following up with supplier and vendors for status update, expediting of delivery, etc.
