We are looking for a proactive  BEE Certified Energy Manager  who can manage energy optimization projects, independently handle client calls, answer technical queries, and coordinate with internal teams to drive measurable savings.

Role Type:  Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor and analyze energy performance across customer sites using energy data, HVAC performance, utility consumption, and KPIs.
✅ Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and energy-saving opportunities across HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, and utilities.
✅ Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and client presentations.
✅ Independently attend client calls, explain findings clearly, answer queries, and conduct review meetings.
✅ Track ECM implementation, savings validation, project milestones, risks, and follow-ups.
✅ Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and customer teams to ensure timely execution.
✅ Support site assessments, audits, POCs, and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
BEE Certified Energy Manager / Certified Energy Manager is mandatory.
❄️ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, lighting, electrical distribution, and energy auditing.
Understanding of energy KPIs, baseline analysis, M&V, utility bill analysis, and savings validation.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts/projects independently.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

⭐  Good to Have:

Experience with energy analytics platforms, smart buildings, HVAC optimization, facility management, project management tools, or ISO 50001.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is technically strong, client-facing, organized, and confident enough to own customer discussions independently while driving energy savings and project execution.
