Role Snapshot:
Lead multi‑location contract & operations management in upstream oil & gas.
Drive daily monitoring, site visits, and client coordination .
Ensure commercial compliance, profitability, and operational efficiency .
Provide technical guidance, leadership, and stakeholder management .
Deliver MIS & reporting with KPIs to senior management.
Profile:
Strong background in drilling operations / drilling fluids .
Expertise in multi‑location contract execution & client handling .
Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills .
B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum/Chemical/Mechanical or related discipline; advanced certifications preferred.
