About the Role

BRIVIN Solar is building a technology-enabled and centrally managed Solar EPC business focused initially on  residential and commercial solar installations  across Maharashtra.

We are looking for an  EPC Operations & Project Coordinator  who can take ownership of solar projects from the initial site assessment through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone who understands how solar projects work on the ground and can coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Manage solar EPC projects from site survey through installation, commissioning, and handover.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, checklists, and execution plans.
Coordinate multiple ongoing project sites and ensure milestones are completed on time.
Identify project delays or execution issues and take timely corrective action.
Maintain clear project status updates and escalate critical issues when required.
2. Site & Installation Coordination
Coordinate site surveys and assess basic site feasibility.
Work closely with technical/design engineers for system design, layout, SLD, and final BOM.
Schedule and coordinate site engineers, electricians, installers, and contractors.
Ensure installation teams follow BRIVIN’s technical, safety, and quality standards.
Conduct or coordinate pre-installation and post-installation site inspections.
3. Material & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate project-wise material requirements with procurement and inventory teams.
Ensure panels, inverters, structures, cables, and other BOS materials reach sites as scheduled.
Coordinate with installation contractors, suppliers, and other external partners.
Track material shortages, replacements and project-specific requirements.
4. Approvals & Documentation
Coordinate documentation required for solar installations, net metering, MSEDCL, and applicable DISCOM/government processes.
Work with customers, consultants and internal teams to ensure documents are submitted on time.
Maintain complete project records including site surveys, approvals, photographs, installation reports and commissioning documents.
5. Quality Control & Commissioning
Ensure installations comply with approved designs, technical specifications and internal SOPs.
Coordinate testing, commissioning and final quality checks.
Maintain installation and commissioning checklists.
Ensure identified defects or incomplete work are rectified before customer handover.
6. Customer & Internal Coordination
Act as the primary operational point of contact once a project moves into execution.
Keep customers informed about project schedules, material delivery, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate closely with Sales, CRM, Design, Procurement, Accounts, and field teams.
Ensure commitments made to customers are operationally feasible and properly documented.

Candidate Profile
Minimum  2 years of relevant experience  in Solar EPC, solar installation, project execution or solar operations.
Practical understanding of  residential and/or commercial rooftop solar projects .
Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, AC/DC systems, earthing, and basic BOS components.
Experience coordinating installation teams, contractors, and vendors.
Basic understanding of net-metering. MSEDCL and other DISCOM procedures and solar project documentation.
Comfortable travelling to project sites when required.
