Mezora Talents is a seasoned comprehensive talent management and production agency based in Mumbai and Bangalore. We specialize in managing and providing international and Indian professional models for various advertising, fashion, and film assignments.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Booker based at Mumbai whose primary responsibility is to generate business and book paid assignments for models represented by Mezora Talents.

This is a sales-driven, revenue-focused role, centered around aggressively pitching talent to clients, closing bookings, and managing end-to-end execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients (brands, ad agencies, production houses, casting directors) and build long-term business relationships
- Aggressively pitch and place Mezora Talents’ models for advertising, fashion, and film assignments
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Negotiate commercials, usage rights, and contract terms
- Coordinate between clients and models for castings, shoots, and schedules
- Manage active talent rosters and ensure models are correctly positioned for projects
- Oversee smooth execution from brief to final delivery

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Booker in a modelling or talent management agency (mandatory) not required but a bonus
- Background in PR, Production, or Sales is a plus
- Strong sales, client acquisition, and closing ability
- Existing industry network within advertising, fashion, and production circles (plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and self-starter
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary
