Role:
A performance-driven You Tube strategist responsible for scaling and monetizing. This role focuses on revenue maximization, audience growth, content optimization, and data-led decision-making to drive sustainable channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end You Tube growth and monetization strategies across multiple regional channels.
Manage and optimize You Tube channels to improve watch time, subscriber growth, CTR, RPM, and overall revenue.
Develop SEO-driven metadata strategies (titles, descriptions, tags, keywords) to increase discoverability and organic reach.
Design and optimize high-converting thumbnails, playlists, cards, and end screens to enhance user journey and session duration.
Analyze You Tube Analytics (CTR, Audience Retention, Traffic Sources, AVD, RPM) to generate actionable insights and improve content performance.
Implement monetization strategies including ad revenue optimization, content packaging, and audience segmentation.
Plan and execute digital expansion and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Collaborate with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to produce performance-oriented content aligned with audience insights and platform trends.
Continuously monitor algorithm updates, competitor strategies, and market trends to maintain growth momentum.
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in You Tube Studio & Analytics
Proven experience in You Tube SEO and metadata optimization
Thumbnail strategy and CTR optimization
Deep understanding of You Tube monetization models and revenue optimization
Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
Audience growth and retention strategy
Content packaging and digital distribution strategy
Campaign management and cross-functional collaboration
