Job Summary:

Fandom Wire is looking for a detail-oriented Night Shift Editor to join our editorial team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong grasp of gaming and entertainment content and can refine articles to meet high editorial standards. If you have an eye for detail, understand what makes content engaging, and can maintain quality under deadlines, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Edit and proofread articles related to gaming, movies, TV shows, and pop culture
Ensure content meets editorial guidelines, tone, and quality standards
Fact-check information and ensure accuracy
Optimize articles for SEO and readability
Collaborate with writers to improve content structure and engagement
Ensure timely publishing and adherence to deadlines
Maintain consistency in style, grammar, and formatting

Requirements:
Excellent command of written English
Strong understanding of gaming and entertainment content
Prior experience editing content for digital media or news websites
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
Ability to work independently during night shifts

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience working with CMS platforms like Word Press
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Background in entertainment, gaming, or pop culture writing/editing
