We're a team of creatives, strategists, and technologists with a passion for pushing boundaries. Now, we're looking for an equally driven Senior Gaming Video Editor to bring compelling stories to life through video, motion graphics, and gameplay-driven visual language.

Role Overview
As a Senior Gaming Video Editor, you'll be the creative force behind dynamic and psychologically engaging video ads for games. You'll lead the charge in crafting performance-focused storytelling, working closely with motion designers, creative strategists, and performance marketers to shape content that converts.
This role demands a sharp visual eye, storytelling intuition, mastery over motion graphics and sound, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-informed creative pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging gaming ads optimized for paid media across Meta and programmatic platforms.
Apply game psychology and marketing funnels to structure narratives with strong hooks, mid-engagement tactics, and compelling CTAs.
Combine gameplay footage with motion graphics (text, 2D FX, transitions, etc.) to create visually striking compositions.
Layer sound effects, music, and voiceovers that enhance immersion and emotional connection.
Manage fast turnarounds without compromising quality — working iteratively with real-time feedback from strategists and clients.
Collaborate with creative strategists, VFX artists, and illustrators to develop and enhance creative concepts from idea to delivery.
Leverage AI tools (e.g. Runway ML, Topaz, Pika, Adobe Sensei, etc.) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.

Tools & Software
Must Have:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop

Nice to Have:
Blender / Cinema 4D / 3ds Max (basic understanding for 3D)
AI creative tools (Runway, Kaiber, Eleven Labs, etc.)

Requirements
4–6 years in video editing, ideally within gaming.
Strong sense of visual pacing, tension/release, humor, and stylization tailored to game genres (RPG, puzzle, casual, hyper-casual, strategy, etc.).
Deep understanding and love for games, including mechanics, player motivations, and community nuances.
Proven ability to work with VFX, overlays, gameplay capture, color grading, and sound balancing.
Comfortable testing and adopting AI tools to increase production velocity or conceptual exploration.
Excellent team communication, feedback processing, and ownership over creative iterations.
Willingness to understand and apply data-driven insights into creative decisions.
