Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services at competitive prices.
Prepare event costing and budgets under senior supervision.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, staffing, transportation, and supplier timelines.
Assist in venue research, vendor contracting, and operational planning.
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
Stay updated on event industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in Events operation.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
