Role Overview
We are looking for a well-connected, commercially driven, and proactive Artist Agent to represent and grow the careers of celebrities, actors, artists, influencers, and content creators. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, securing projects and brand partnerships, negotiating commercial deals, and building long-term industry relationships that maximize both revenue and career growth for assigned talent.

Key Responsibilities
Represent and manage a portfolio of celebrities, actors, artists, influencers, and content creators.
Identify, pitch, and secure opportunities across brand endorsements, advertising campaigns, films, web series, OTT projects, digital content, live events, appearances, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertising agencies, casting directors, production houses, filmmakers, studios, OTT platforms, event companies, and media partners.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and long-term career growth for assigned artists.
Lead negotiations on talent fees, retainers, contracts, usage rights, exclusivity, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.
Proactively position and pitch artists for relevant campaigns, productions, and entertainment opportunities aligned with their career goals.
Collaborate closely with internal Brand Partnerships, Talent Management, and Execution teams to ensure seamless deal closure and successful project delivery.
Advise artists on career positioning, brand alignment, image management, and market opportunities while safeguarding their professional interests.
Stay informed on entertainment, advertising, digital content, and cultural trends to identify emerging opportunities for talent.
Build, nurture, and expand a strong network across the entertainment, media, advertising, and brand ecosystem.
Own commercial targets for assigned artists by driving consistent revenue growth through new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term client relationships.

What we are looking for:
3–8 years of experience in Artist Management, Celebrity Management, Talent Representation, Entertainment Business Development, or Brand Partnerships.
Demonstrated success in generating revenue and securing commercial opportunities for celebrities, artists, or creators.
Strong existing relationships with brands, agencies, casting directors, production houses, filmmakers, studios, OTT platforms, and entertainment networks.
Strong understanding of the entertainment, advertising, influencer marketing, and digital content ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially driven with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert them into business.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple artists, negotiations, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Ensure successful negotiation and closure of commercial deals while protecting artists' interests.
Maintain high levels of artist satisfaction through proactive representation and relationship management.
Contribute to expanding the agency's network and reputation across the entertainment and brand ecosystem.
