Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Event Management professional responsible for planning, coordinating,
and executing corporate events Domestic and International that aligns with the company’s brand, culture, and business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, strong technical expertise to independently manage corporate events from concept to completion and the ability to
manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring seamless event delivery.
This role also requires proficiency in handling event consoles, audio-visual systems, and technical setups.
The candidate will Independently manage all aspects of event delivery without external supervision , ensuring flawless execution. Travel knowledge will be an added advantage to handle flight bookings Visa’s , logistics etc.

️ Required Skills & Experience
Graduate with minimum 8-10 years of Domestic and International events experience and have handled
console , lighting , music ,production, etc. uld be from Mumbai
Good Communication skills – Verbal & Written , Teamwork mindset.
Good in Microsoft word, excel and power point presentation.
