Job Overview
We are looking for a Producer with experience in Marathi Entertainment content across TV channels, digital platforms, websites or video formats. The candidate will be responsible for researching, scripting and producing engaging entertainment content and video packages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and produce engaging content for Marathi Entertainment across TV and digital platforms.
Research entertainment news, celebrities, movies, shows and trending topics.
Write and develop scripts for video packages and voice-over content .
Create engaging career/profile packages on Marathi actors, celebrities and personalities.
Plan and execute daily content as per editorial requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate with the production, editorial and video teams for smooth execution of stories and packages.
Ensure content is accurate, creative, engaging and relevant to the audience.
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the Marathi entertainment industry.
Take ownership of assigned stories/packages from research and scripting to final production .
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of experience in production/content creation for Marathi Entertainment TV channels, digital platforms, websites or video content.
Strong Marathi writing and communication skills .
Good script writing, research and storytelling abilities.
Experience in creating voice-over scripts, video packages and career/profile stories .
Good understanding of Marathi films, television, celebrities and entertainment news.
Strong industry connect with Marathi actors, celebrities, production houses, PR agencies and publicity managers.
Ability to identify exclusive stories and build relevant entertainment content.
Creative approach with an eye for trending and engaging content.
Ability to coordinate with editorial, production and video teams.
Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment .
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
