Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Equity Broking / Institutional Equities professional to join the Family Office / Corporate Broking Desk of a leading financial services organization.
The role will be responsible for servicing Family Office and UHNI clients with an institutional-style coverage model , providing access to equity research, investment/trading ideas, corporate access, roadshows and other institutional equity services.
The incumbent will also focus on revenue generation, new client acquisition and increasing wallet share from existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Drive broking revenue/commission and increase wallet share from existing and new clients.
Family Office Coverage: Service Family Office/UHNI clients with an institutional-client approach .
Client Acquisition: Acquire new Family Offices, UHNIs and large equity portfolio clients.
Corporate Access: Facilitate corporate management meetings, investor interactions, conferences and other corporate access opportunities .
Roadshows: Coordinate and facilitate corporate/investor roadshows for Family Office clients.
Research & Ideas: Share relevant equity research, market insights and investment/trading ideas with clients.
Relationship Management: Deepen existing relationships and increase client engagement, trading activity and revenue.
Work closely with Research, Sales, Dealers and Corporate Access teams to provide institutional-quality client servicing.
Maintain a good understanding of trading platforms, margins, trading limits and broking operations .
Coordinate with Operations, Risk and Compliance for seamless execution and resolution of client requirements.
Candidate Profile
5–7 years of experience in Institutional Equities, Institutional Broking, Family Office Broking, PCG/Private Client Group, Professional Investor Desk, UHNI Equity Sales or Equity Advisory.
Experience servicing Family Office/UHNI clients with an institutional-style coverage approach .
Strong understanding of equity markets, institutional research, corporate access and roadshows .
Proven experience in client acquisition and broking revenue generation .
Strong relationships with Family Offices, UHNIs and large equity investors preferred.
Excellent client relationship, communication and business development skills.
