Manager - Payables and Finance operations

WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER - PAYABLES & FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

Lower Parel, Mumbai
We are a fast-growing Influencer Marketing Agency, expanding at approximately 40% CAGR, and are looking for a Finance Controller to work closely with our CFO & Management.
This is much more than a routine accounting role — it is an opportunity to play a key role in building the finance function as the business scales.

What you will do:

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day finance & accounting controls
•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on work on Tally
•⁠ ⁠Maintain & consolidate data using Google Sheets / Excel
•⁠ ⁠Prepare MIS, cash flows, budgets & forecasts
•⁠ ⁠Monitor receivables, payables & working capital
•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely vendor payments after proper verification and approvals
•⁠ ⁠Develop and strengthen financial processes & controls
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with CFO & management on financial analysis and business requirements

We are looking for someone who:
✅ Is excellent with Tally & Google Sheets/Excel
✅ Has strong accounting & financial control knowledge
✅ Can analyse and consolidate data meaningfully
✅ Understands cash-flow & working-capital management
✅ Is detail-oriented, proactive and hands-on
✅ Can work independently in a fast-growing environment

Working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax will be an advantage.
