Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, for patients of all ages).
- Interpret test results, identify hearing, and formulate appropriate management or referral plans.
- Fit, program, and verify hearing aids, counsel patients and their families on device use, maintenance, and communication strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records: assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, follow-ups.
- Collaborate with ENT surgeons, speech therapists, pediatricians, other allied health professionals for multidisciplinary care.
- Keep audiology equipment calibrated and up to date; ensure test environment meets standards
- Participate in outreach, screening camps, awareness programs.
- Engage in continuous professional development, stay updated with advances in

audiology, assist in training junior staff/interns as applicable

- Monitor and plan raw materials required for existing and future orders in coordination with the purchase department.

Essential:

- Proven clinical experience in audiology (adults + pediatrics) ideally 1-3 years.
- Sound knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid technology, assistive
- devices, and audiological rehabilitation.
- Excellent patient counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize caseloads, work in team‐based healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• BASLP or MASLP
