Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Dispenser located in Mumbai. The Optical Dispenser will be responsible for interpreting prescriptions, assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear, and ensuring the proper fitting and maintenance of glasses and contact lenses. Other key responsibilities include educating customers about eye care, maintaining inventory, and supporting the sales team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of prescriptions, optical measurements, and lens specifications
Proficiency in customer service and sales with excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy in eyewear fittings
Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping
Experience in the optical or eye care industry is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills and aptitude for delivering personalized service
