Job Summary:

As the Senior Creative Director, you will provide strategic creative direction for healthcare communication campaigns, lead a creative team, and collaborate with clients to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities:

· Creative Leadership:
o Provide strategic creative direction for healthcare communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
o Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver impactful healthcare communication solutions.
o Collaborate with clients to understand and exceed their creative expectations.

· Innovation and Excellence:
o Innovate and implement new creative processes and techniques to elevate the quality of healthcare campaigns.
o Develop strategies to achieve creative excellence, setting benchmarks for the team.
o Build a portfolio of award-winning healthcare communication projects.

· Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
o Guide the team in overcoming creative challenges and maintaining high standards.
o Represent the creative department in client meetings, pitches, and internal discussions.

· Industry Thought Leadership:
o Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements within the healthcare sector.
o Contribute to thought leadership in healthcare communication through articles, speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums.

Qualifications:

· Extensive experience of atleast 14-18 years in a senior creative role within healthcare communication.

· Proven leadership skills in guiding creative teams.

· In-depth understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.

· Strong portfolio showcasing successful healthcare communication campaigns.
