Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline for long-cycle capital equipment deals.
Lead high-value negotiations (capital purchase, lease models, service contracts).
Engage surgeons and tailor solutions based on procedural preferences (knee, hip, revision).
Deliver compelling ROI presentations to hospital leadership and procurement teams.
Partner with clinical teams to execute demos, trials, and cadaver labs.
Use clinical evidence and health economics to strengthen the sales case.
Qualifications
3+ years of capital medical device sales experience mandatory (robotics, imaging, surgical platforms preferred).
Required Skills
Proven track record of exceeding targets in complex selling environments.
Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills.
