Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide remote, evidence-based psychological services to clients, including assessment, individual counseling, and ongoing progress monitoring. This is a full-time remote role that involves conducting structured intake sessions, administering and interpreting psychological tests where appropriate, and creating tailored treatment and transformation plans. The role includes facilitating one-on-one sessions focused on mindset, emotional regulation, and behavioral change, while maintaining clear documentation and treatment notes.
The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with the LUFM team to refine program content, contribute psychological insights to group formats or digital resources, and participate in regular case discussions and supervision. The position also involves upholding ethical standards, ensuring client safety and confidentiality, and supporting continuous improvement of LUFM’s methodologies.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to practical, results-oriented interventions.
Experience in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of relevant assessments.
Expertise in Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for common psychological and emotional challenges.
Background in Clinical Supervision, peer consultation, or willingness to engage in ongoing supervision and reflective practice.
Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field, with appropriate licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
Demonstrated experience providing remote or online psychotherapy or coaching, with strong digital communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with applied psychology, behavioral science, and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, or trauma-informed approaches.
Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds while maintaining a non-judgmental, gender-inclusive stance.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
