You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the department in line with a la mode banquets' Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assume the role of liaison between all banquet operations and culinary staff
Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items specializing in continental dishes
Develop and implement creative menu items within the banquet concept
Plan, coordinate & implement special events and functions
Achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
Monitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality and consistency on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
In-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations, and specialized in preparing continental dishes
Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
Culinary education and/or on-the-job training, hospitality experience is preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
Salary - 35,000 to
-40,000
