Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure Service Now applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Build and customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Develop and maintain custom applications on the Service Now platform.
Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Service Now development and administration.
Strong expertise in Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Angular
JS, HTML, CSS.
Proficiency in Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, OAuth).
Experience with Service Now Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Integration Hub.
Knowledge of Service Now upgrade processes and release management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Exposure to Service Now ITBM, Sec Ops, GRC, or IRM modules.
Experience with Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hybrid integrations.
