The Account Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of CMS-driven website initiatives for enterprise clients. This role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners, ensuring seamless execution of complex website programs across markets while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage CMS-based website projects, with a strong focus on platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Drupal
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving clear communication, expectation management, and relationship growth
- Translate business briefs and client requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery plans for development teams
- Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and release coordination
- Oversee website architecture discussions, content workflows, and release cycles in collaboration with UX, development, and QA teams
- Lead multi-market website rollouts and manage enterprise website ecosystems with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalations and resolution
- Ensure high-quality documentation, including requirements, timelines, scope changes, and post-release reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and platform best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in digital delivery or account management roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing CMS-based website projects (AEM or Drupal preferred)
- Solid understanding of website architecture, content management workflows, and release management
- Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical deliverables and manage execution with development teams
- Strong experience working in Agile environments
- Experience handling enterprise-level or multi-market website programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
