Software Procurement, Purchase Order

Software procurement and dealt with other service providers such as SAP, AT&T, IBM etc.

• PO Setup ensures that purchase orders POs are set up correctly in the system including verifying the accuracy of metadata and contract details

• Contract Administration manages the administration of contracts ensuring they are correctly entered into the system and updated as needed including handling metadata and contract management tasks

• Tactical Management handles the tactical management of purchase orders and contracts including daily tasks such as verifying PO setups managing contract details and ensuring accurate metadata

• Outlook Reports provide leaders with a 306090 day outlook report highlighting upcoming contract renewals and expirations and seeking input on actions to be taken

Vendor Engagement For highvalue contracts team engages with vendors or legal teams to manage renewals and address any changes or issues in contract terms

• Legal Involvement team may involve legal teams for contracts exceeding 100K or those requiring complex negotiations ensuring compliance and addressing any legal concerns

Issue Management team handles issue management acting as a central point of contact for vendor issues related to POs payments or terms They determine the scope of the problem and involve the necessary team members to resolve it

• Centralized Procurement Role Sankar suggested globalizing Yolandas role to manage procurement tasks for the entire organization This would involve her team handling GBS tasks and acting as a key leader for IT and other business segments

• Globalization Proposal role to manage procurement tasks for the entire organization including handling GBS tasks and acting as a key leader for IT and other business segments

Centralized Management it would streamline procurement processes providing a single point of contact for leaders and ensuring consistent handling of contracts and POs across the organization
