We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.

Title - LMS Executive/Trainee

Experience - 0 – 1 Year (Fresher)

Working Days - 5 Days

Joining - Immediate / Within 15 Days

Requirements:

- Education:

Any Graduate
- Technical

Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Comfortable learning new software and web-based tools quickly.
- Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Attitude: A "can-do" mindset with a high level of patience for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Flexibility:
While we follow a 5-day work week, you should be open to working on weekends if a major batch launch or event is scheduled.
- AI and automation suggestions to be provided

Responsibilities:

- Content Management:
Upload and organize educational content, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and interactive assignments.
- Student Support:
Act as the first point of contact for students facing technical issues (e.g., login problems or difficulty accessing course material).
- Quality Checks:
Review uploaded content to ensure there are no broken links or formatting errors before they go live.
- User Management:
Handle bulk user uploads, create custom user groups, and manage the onboarding/offboarding of learners via HRIS integrations.
- Helpdesk Management:
Serve as the first line of defense for user issues (e.g., login failures, browser compatibility, or completion errors).
- Project Management:
Managing multiple course launches and system updates simultaneously.
