The Impact You’ll Drive

- Lead full-funnel media strategies with clear focus on performance, scale, and ROI
- Own and grow key client relationships, aligning media plans with business goals
- Oversee planning, execution, and reporting for multi-industry campaigns
- Mentor mid-level team members and raise the bar on delivery and thinking
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams for seamless campaign execution
- Explore new platform opportunities, lead A/B testing frameworks, and embrace automation
- Present media insights and campaign performance in a way that sparks client confidence and action
- Contribute to Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and long-term brand growth discussions

What You’ll Bring

- 5–7 years of experience in media planning/performance marketing (digital-first agency preferred)
- Hands-on experience building and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)
- Expertise in Google, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, DV360 and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360
- Comfort with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, and creative media solutions
- Proven success in managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling performance outcomes
- Sharp strategic thinking and confident presentation skills
- Strong team leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional communication abilities
