Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Role:
This position is part of the technology team supporting the global IPG Studio network and providing services to the Craft Worldwide Studio network and clients.
Possessing a strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset organization to ensure the platform delivers accurate and relevant results. Awareness of the fast-paced needs of studios and clients is essential; therefore, workflows must be optimized for efficient asset ingestion and retrieval within the DAM.
Collaboration with the team is required to evaluate client needs related to asset organization and searchability, ensuring that locating assets in the DAM is intuitive and seamless. Responsibilities also include tracking and applying usage rights while monitoring the full asset lifecycle to prevent misuse or premature release.
A clear understanding of the DAM’s role as a central component in the production technology stack is expected. Focus should remain on ensuring all assets within the DAM ecosystem are properly catalogued, accurately tagged, and well-organized to deliver the best possible experience for clients and partners.
Most importantly, a hands-on approach is essential—preparedness to engage deeply with the assets is a must, even if it means getting elbows-deep in the process.
