You will design complex communication workflows, AI-driven user journeys, data dashboards, and automation builders used by product, marketing, and operations teams. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, messaging infrastructure, behavioral analytics, and growth tooling.
What You Will Design
- AI-powered communication flows (SMS, Whats App, Email, Voice, Chatbots)
- Journey builders & marketing automation workflows
- Engagement and funnel analytics dashboards
- Segmentation and targeting interfaces
- Campaign creation and orchestration tools
- Conversational UI & chatbot management consoles
- Real-time performance monitoring systems
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & System Design
- Design end-to-end UX for a multi-channel CPaaS platform
- Translate complex backend systems (routing, triggers, APIs, AI models) into intuitive user experiences
- Create scalable design systems for enterprise-grade SaaS products
2. AI & Data Experience
- Design interfaces for AI features such as:
- Smart segmentation
- Predictive engagement scoring
- Automated campaign recommendations
- Conversational AI setup flows
- Visualize behavioural and engagement analytics in clear dashboards
- Turn data-heavy workflows into human-friendly interfaces
3. Marketing Automation UX
- Design drag-and-drop journey builders
- Create workflow logic experiences (conditions, triggers, actions)
- Simplify multi-step automation configuration
- Design A/B testing and optimization interfaces
4. User Research & Validation
- Conduct usability testing with marketers, CRM teams, and operations users
- Run design sprints and prototype testing
- Improve adoption, task completion speed, and feature discoverability
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, AI/ML teams, Engineers, and Data Analysts
- Define UX strategy for AI-driven features
- Ensure feasibility with backend architecture and APIs
What you’d have?
- 5–8+ years in UI/UX design for SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Experience designing complex dashboards or workflow tools
- Strong experience with:
- Figma / Sketch
- Prototyping tools
- Design systems
- Understanding of:
- Data visualization
- User behavior analytics
- Workflow-based interfaces
- Experience with automation tools, CRM, or marketing tech platforms
- Strong information architecture and systems thinking
Preferred Experience
- CPaaS platforms (Twilio, Message Bird, etc.)
- Marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Braze, MoEngage)
- Conversational UI / chatbot design
- AI-powered product features
- Designing for APIs or developer-facing tools
