Assistant Manager - Learning and Talent Platforms

Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager - Learning and Talent Platforms will own the delivery, stability, and continuous enhancement of the SAP Success Factors Learning Management platform. The role combines deep functional expertise with stakeholder engagement and planning to ensure the LMS supports organizational learning, compliance and accessibility at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational cycle of the Success Factors LMS platform, ensuring excellence and continuous improvement
- Drive demand intake, prioritization, and delivery planning for LMS enhancements and projects
- Ensure robust governance, documentation, and standardization of LMS processes across the organization
- Oversee quarterly Success Factors release management, including impact assessment, testing strategy, and deployment readiness
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of learning data and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships including AMS partners, content providers, and system integrators
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one LMS Implementation
- Deep understanding of LMS configurations: items, curricula, programs, assignments, approvals, automations and workflows
- Experience managing LMS reporting, dashboards, and compliance tracking
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in release management, UAT cycles and change control
- Hands on problem solving
- Understanding of learning, compliance, and enterprise HR processes
Good-to-Have Skills
- SAP Success Factors Modules – EC, LMS, Reporting, CDPL, Talent Intelligence Hub
- Hands on
Experience with Bulk Data Management
- Experience working with external vendors, AMS models, or system integrators
- Understanding of integrations with external content platforms and LXPs
- SAP Success Factors LMS certification
- Experience driving digital transformation or large-scale HR technology programs
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, HR, or a related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Systems, or Management is an added advantage
Experience
- 5 years of overall experience
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors LMS roles
