Role Summary
The AVP/Senior Manager – Projects & Services is responsible for leading end-to-end service delivery, program management, and project execution across global accounts. This role drives delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth through effective leadership, process governance, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and managed services including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Lead program and project management across short-term and long-term service engagements.
• Drive service delivery for CX, Digital Workspace, Automation, Application Services, and Data Center solutions.
• Manage global delivery across APAC and North America, working closely with offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Oversee cloud-based solutions including UCaaS, CCaaS, and digital workplace platforms.
• Ensure adherence to delivery governance, risk management, and quality standards.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and service partners.
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams, including offshore delivery resources.
• Support presales and solution consulting efforts by contributing to solution design, estimations, and delivery models.
• Own customer relationships at senior stakeholder levels and drive customer satisfaction.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across service delivery functions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align delivery with business objectives.
• Manage financial aspects of delivery including cost control, utilization, margin improvement, delivery led sales enablement.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in Project and Program Management.
• Experience in Service Delivery and Operations Management.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience on OEMs such as Avaya , Genesys , ZOOM , Ring Central.
• Knowledge of CX solutions, UCaaS, CCaaS, and workplace technologies.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, and Generative AI based application solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience & Qualifications
• 18+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery roles.
• Proven experience in managing global delivery and large enterprise accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / Telecom or related discipline).
• Experience working with global clients across multiple industries.
