- Business Development Manager

Job Location – Powai, Mumbai

Detailed Work Profile:

- As BDM you will be responsible for leading and scaling the company’s cybersecurity, GRC, ISO compliance, and managed security services (MSSP) operations, including offerings such as GRC Advisory, Audit & Certification Assistance, Training, Managed Security Services, and cybersecurity consulting. You will also drive business growth for company’s proprietary solutions and tools, including Rakshati (Anti-Ransomware) and GRC 360 Assure. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical expertise, team leadership, P&L management, and the ability to drive cross-functional business initiatives across consulting, technology, and service delivery.

Key

Competencies:

- • Define and execute the business strategy for cybersecurity, audit, consulting, and MSSP verticals, including promotion and growth of company’s proprietary tools such as Rakshati (Anti-Ransomware) and GRC 360 Assure.

Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Technical, Compliance) to achieve revenue, growth, and operational excellence.

• Drive adoption, positioning, and market expansion of Rakshati and GRC 360 Assure by aligning tool capabilities with client security and compliance requirements.

• Develop and grow strategic alliances with OEMs

• Oversee delivery excellence across ISO (27001/22301/9001/9120),DPDP, UIDAI, SOC, and GRC consulting engagements.

• Drive commercial success through new client acquisition, key account management, solution development, and tool-led offerings.

• Own the P&L, ensuring profitability through cost optimization, pricing strategies, and scalable service and product models.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, high client satisfaction, and strong service- level governance.
