We’re Hiring | Head of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations for Navi Mumbai

Are you a seasoned IT Infrastructure leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, security, and scale? Here’s an opportunity to lead, transform, and future-proof enterprise IT operations.

We’re looking for a senior IT leader (20–22 yrs exp) to head the IT function, drive infrastructure & cloud excellence, and lead a high-performing team while staying hands-on where it matters.

Experience:

20–25 Years

Team Size: 25+ members

⚙️ Role Mix: ~30% Individual Contributor | ~70% Leadership

Location:

Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

What You’ll Own:

Lead IT Infrastructure, Cloud & COE operations

Manage on-prem & cloud (AD, Exchange, O365, Virtualization, LAN/WAN)

Drive Infra Security, Monitoring, ISO 27001, ISMS, BCP/DR

Build secure PROD & Non-PROD environments

Oversee IT assets, procurement & public tenders

Apply AI/ML to automate infrastructure operations

Capacity planning, uptime management & cost optimization

Protect systems, data & applications from cyber threats

Partner with business leaders to ensure IT enables growth

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong hands-on background in Infrastructure, Cloud & Security

✅ Proven experience leading large IT teams

✅ Exposure to cloud, virtualization & enterprise networks

✅ Expertise in compliance, governance & risk mitigation

✅ Excellent communication skills with a strong ownership mindset
