Job Summary:

We are looking for a Development Support Engineer to assist the development team in application support, issue analysis, bug fixing, and coordination between QA, product, clients and development teams. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 application support for live systems
- Analyze production issues and coordinate fixes with developers
- Debug code and identify root causes of issues
- Support API integrations and third-party connectivity
- Assist in deployment, release management, and hotfixes
- Coordinate with QA for testing and validation
- Monitor logs, database queries, and system performance
- Prepare technical documentation and support reports

Required Skills:

- Basic to strong knowledge of .NET (as applicable)
- Understanding of JSON, XML
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience in debugging and log analysis
- Basic understanding of server environments (Windows)

Preferred

Skills:

- Experience in production support or live application handling
- Knowledge of travel domain APIs (Hotel / Flight / OTA systems) — added advantage

- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- knowledge of JavaScript, Angular and MVC

Qualifications:

- BE / BTech / MCA / BCA or equivalent
- 1–4 years of relevant experience
