We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Service Now modules, workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform configuration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality Service Now solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop solutions within the Service Now platform , including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Implement and support Service Now modules such as:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
ITOM , Discovery , Service Mapping
CMDB
HRSD , ITBM , CSM (as applicable)
Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer , Workflow Editor , and Business Rules .
Write and maintain client scripts , UI policies , UI actions , script includes , and server‑side scripts .
Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , MID server, and integration frameworks.
Maintain and enhance CMDB and discovery processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance models.

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong hands‑on experience with Service Now development and configuration.
Expertise in JavaScript , Glide API , and Service Now scripting.
Knowledge of Service Now architecture and platform capabilities.
Experience with ITSM modules (mandatory).
Experience with one or more additional modules:
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)
HRSD
CSM
ITBM
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services).
Familiarity with CMDB structure, data models, and CI relationships.
Knowledge of Service Portal , widgets, and UI design (preferred).
Experience with Update Sets , ACLs, and security configurations.
Certifications (Preferred)
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – strongly preferred
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITSM/HRSD/CSM/Discovery certifications (plus)
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
