About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join Eccentric, responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives within the automotive industry. This role involves end-to-end project ownership and acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and stakeholders.

This position is responsible for working closely with automotive OEMs and cross-functional teams, driving projects from initiation to go-live and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own project scope, planning, execution, and delivery for medium to large-scale projects.
- Review and manage Scope of Work (SOW), ensuring alignment on timelines and commercials.
- Convert customer requirements into structured project plans with clear milestones and risks.
- Act as the primary client SPOC, managing communication, reviews, and escalations.
- Provide regular status updates highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate resource planning, utilization, and priorities across teams.
- Ensure timely client communication and SLA adherence.
- Manage estimations, change requests, billing coordination, and collections follow-ups.
- Track milestones, risks, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mass Media, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Management, or any related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management / Delivery roles.
- Experience working with Advertising, Marketing, Digital, Technology, or IT services companies.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in automotive or digital domains.
- Strong experience in client-facing SPOC roles with delivery ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
