We’re looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant (3–10 years) with 2–3 end‑to‑end implementations across large, complex programs. You’ll lead workshops, design integrated solutions on S/4
HANA (on‑prem/private cloud), and drive delivery from blueprint to cutover and hypercare.
What you’ll do
- Run requirement workshops; map business processes and finalize process flows & design docs with cross‑functional teams (CO, FI, MM, SD, PM, PP).
- Configure and optimize SAP PS: WBS/Networks, Scheduling, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement (materials & services), MRP, Assembly Processing, RRB, Time Sheets, Progress & Results Analysis, Settlement, Overheads, and period‑end activities.
- Design, customize, unit/SIT/UAT test, and document solutions; identify gaps and propose workarounds/enhancements.
- Orchestrate data migration & cutover (templates, mock runs, validation, final cutover).
- Build/guide authorizations (standard/custom objects), manage transports and sequencing.
- Integrate with 3rd‑party systems via BAPIs/Interfaces; support complex enhancements.
- Develop training content and deliver enablement for core teams, super users, and end users (e.g., SAP Enable Now).
- Mentor junior consultants and operate with high ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll need (Must‑have)
- 8–10 years in SAP with deep SAP PS hands‑on configuration and 2–3 E2E implementations.
- Strong integration with CO, FI, MM, SD, PM, PP.
- S/4
HANA (on‑prem/private cloud) project experience (required).
- Sound technical understanding: standard tables, BAPIs, interfaces, and complex enhancements.
- Authorization design knowledge (standard & custom objects) and transport management.
- Clear documentation skills (functional specs, test cases, results) and rigorous testing approach (UT/SIT/UAT).
Good to have
- PPM (Portfolio & Project Management) and CPM (Financial Planning, PICM).
- Exposure to Fiori, BTP, and analytics.
- Experience with S/4
HANA Public Cloud.
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., HPQC/ALM).
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA (or equivalent).
Tools & process skills
- Mandatory: SAP Process Modeling Suite – Signavio / ARIS / Visio; MFG PPM‑PS.
- Strength in business process modeling, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
