Roles and Responsibilities

. 1. Travel & Logistics Management

- End-to-End Booking:
Execute and oversee employee travel requests, including hotel accommodations, and ground transportation (cabs).
- Query Resolution:
Act as the central point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing real-time solutions via phone and email.
- User Enablement:
Provide "case-to-case" training and technical support to employees on navigating internal travel portals.

2. Financial & Vendor Oversight

- Audit & Compliance:
Meticulously verify travel invoices against bookings to ensure accuracy before submission for payment.
- Vendor Relations:
Maintain professional and effective communication with service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Policy Stewardship:
Ensure all bookings align with company travel guidelines, escalating deviations when necessary.

3. Operational Excellence

- Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs and reports of travel spends and booking patterns.
- Shift Flexibility:
Participate in a rotational shift roster to provide continuous support to the workforce.

Experience - Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Travel Industry preferably from OTA , Travel Agencies

Education - Graduate in any stream (Hospitality or Travel/Tourism specialization preferred
