Role:
Data Center Operation Exp- 4+ years
Location – Mumbai (BKC)
Work Mode - Office

* 7 Rotational Shifts
Education- BE/B.tech/BCA/B.Sc(Computer/IT)
Skills
- Manage over 400 server/network racks and associated infrastructure.
Perform hardware installations: server mounting, OS installation, RAID configuration, ILO setup.
Execute data centre activities: cabling, rack installation, cable dressing, and testing.
Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) and escalate anomalies.
Handle media tape management and maintain daily inventory logs.
Troubleshoot hardware issues (NIC, HDD, RAM, link failures) and coordinate replacements.
Maintain and update DCIM tools (e.g., Struxure Ware) and asset verification sheets.
Raise and manage incident/change tickets via Service Now or CA Service Desk.
Support migration, decommissioning, and audit activities.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and escalations.
Ensure compliance with operational checklists, SOPs, and SLA requirements.
