Key Responsibilities:
Own senior client relationships across BFSI accounts, acting as the primary interface for HR and business stakeholders. Translate client hiring priorities into execution strategy, ensuring alignment on role context, talent availability, timelines, and outcomes. Drive end-to-end delivery ownership for mid to senior-level hiring, with clear accountability for closures, TAT, and quality of hire. Lead client governance through regular reviews, data-backed insights, pipeline visibility, and proactive issue resolution.
Anticipate talent market challenges and advise clients on hiring feasibility, trade-offs. Identify and drive account expansion opportunities, including wallet share growth & solution upsell. Partner with sales to drive new client acquisition through solutioning, market insight, and delivery credibility.
Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to BFSI hiring.
• Proven experience in direct client ownership and senior stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of BFSI talent market
• Ability to operate confidently in SLA-driven, high-expectation environments.
• Sharp communication, market insight, and execution leadership.
